Dr. Peguy Saad, MD

In July 2013 we welcomed Dr. Peguy Saad to our Practice. Dr. Saad is a native from Lebanon and went to Medical School at the Lebanese University/Faculty of Medical Science in Beirut, Lebanon, where she graduated with honor/ranked first in her class upon completion of her residency in Internal Medicine. Once she graduated she continued to do her Residency in Internal Medicine at Staten Island University in New York where she became Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Saad received the Best Teaching Resident while she attended Staten Island University. During this time she developed a strong interest in Infectious Disease and decided to move to Houston, Texas where she completed her Fellowship in Infectious Disease at the Baylor University College of Medicine. While completing her education, Dr. Saad did research on IgG4 related sclerosing syndrome, worked on Exserohilum rostratum isolates and studied the effects of serial passages of Rhizopus species on posacomazole containing agar platelets.

We are excited to have Dr. Peguy Saad as part of our practice. She is very passionate about providing the care her patients need and will go the extra mile to make sure that they receive it. We hope that everyone will help us welcome her into the community.

Dr. Saad currently has privileges at Huntsville Hospital, Madison Hospital, Health South Rehabilitation Hospital, and Crestwood Medical Center.
